I've been there, always tired and stressed, running through life at a crazy pace just trying to keep up. Ignoring my body because, let's face it, our bodies are tough and they take a lot of abuse before they start to complain. It took some major events in my life to be the wake-up call I needed to make my health a priority for me and my family. A busy life and a crazy work schedule shouldn;t keep you away from pursuing a healthier, happier, life either.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am just that person - a guide and mentor who will empower you and provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Together we'll explore and discover what truly works for you.
